Leftover Italian Beef In A Bucket Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x leftover slab of cooked beef
  • 2 c. leftover juices Onion Garlic Frzn corn Penne pasta

Directions

  1. Pour the juices into a 4-qt saucepan, add in a little water, onion, garlic, frzn corn and penne pasta. Boil till the pasta is done, then cut up the beef and add in it to the saucepan. Can add in any any number of vegetables - carrots, spinach, etc. - which would have gone well with the soup.
