A great recipe. As are you I am a sucker for middle eastern food. I have a book called Middle Eastern Street food that has a similar recipe but it uses ground lamb and Lavash instead of tortilla. Your flavor combinations here are right up my alley. I will definitely add this to my Try Soon Folder. Nice job! Thanks for sharing.
