Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 2 T sugar
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 T cornstarch
- 2 c. water
- Peach gelatin
- Fresh peaches
Directions
- Put together first 4 ingredients and pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 min at 350 degrees. Cool. Blend and cook sugar, cornstarch, and water till thickened. Remove from heat; add in gelatin. Cool. Slice peaches onto crust and pour cooled glaze over peaches. Chill. Serve with whipped cream.
