Ingredients
- 2 cans bean dip
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 lg. container lowfat sour cream
- 3 ripe avocados
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 lg. bunch scallions
- 2-3 tomatoes
- Black olives
- Shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Layer as follows:Spread bean dip on 2 plates.
- Mix taco seasoning, mayonnaise and lowfat sour cream; spread half on each plate.
- Mash avocado with 2 T lemon juice. Spread half on each plate.
- Slice scallions; half on each plate.
