Ingredients
- 1 x pkg CHRISTIE Chocolate Wafer Cookies
- 1 x pkg JELL-O Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. Cold WHIP Whipped Topping
- Rind of one orange
- 2 x oranges, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. KRAFT Orange Marmalade
Directions
- ARRANGE chocolate wafer cookies in bottom of 8 in. square pan.
- PREPARE pudding mix with lowfat milk as directed on package. Mix in whipped topping and orange rind.
- POUR half the pudding mix over cookies. Layer with additional wafers and remaining pudding mix. Top with oranges.
- THIN marmalade with a little water; spoon over oranges and chill.

- Shop for citrus fruits with glossy skins which are free of bruises, mould or possibly soft spots. For maximum juice, choose fruit which feels heavy for its size.
- For best results, store all citrus in perforated plastic bags in the refrigerator. They'll last up to six weeks refrigerated, but will deteriorate in only a few days at room temperature.
