- 1 can (26 Oz) Del Monte Spaghetti Sauce With Green Peppers & Mushrooms
- 1 pkt Wide Noodles
- 4 x Italian Meat Loaf Patties, cooked &crumbled
- 1 pt Low-Fat Ricotta Or possibly Cottage Cheese
- 1 pkt (8 Ounces) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan. spread thin layer of sauce. Arrange half of noodles(cooked from Italian meat loaf Patties)over sauce; cover with half of remaining sauce. Cover with meat(cooked from Italian Meat Loaf Patties),ricotta cheese and half mozzarella cheese; top with layers of remaing noodles, sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered, about 25 min or possibly till heated through
