  1. Brown meat, drain, add in corn and salsa; cook till thoroughly heated, reserve 2 tbsp olives, stir remaining into meat mix; put together cottage cheese and lowfat sour cream.In 2-quart casserole, layer 2 cups chips, half the meat mix, 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese and half the cottage cheese. Repeat layers except remaining 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, cover, bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Remove from oven, top with remaining chips which have been crumbled, the tomatoes, olives and remaining Cheddar cheese, return to oven. Bake for 10 more min. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
