Directions

  1. Brown meat, drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté onions in butter until yellow, add garlic salt, pepper and chili powder, stir well.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, olives and meat.
  4. Grease 9” x 13” pan.
  5. Slice tortillas into 1” strips.
  6. Start by layering 1/3 of the tortilla strips then 1/3 of the meat followed by 1/3 of the cheese.
  7. Repeat layers.
  8. Before last cheese layer spread sour cream over all and finish with last cheese layer.
  9. Add water by pouring around the edges.
  10. Cover with foil bake at 400 degrees for 30 min. Garnish with sliced green onion. Enjoy!
