- 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 1 lg. jar tomato sauce
- Onion
- Garlic
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 T butter
- Uncooked lasagna noodles
Directions
- Mix: 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1-1 1/2 pound shredded mozzarella cheeseBrown grnd beef, garlic and onion; drain. Add in sauce, seasonings, water and butter; simmer. Place ladle of sauce in 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer uncooked noodles, more sauce, cheese mix and mozzarella cheese. Continue layering, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
