Ingredients
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2/3 c. Vegetable oil
- 5 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Nuts
- 1/2 c. Chocolate chips
Directions
- Beat sugar into fat, blend in Large eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add in. Stir till smooth. Pour batter into a greased microproof 8"X 8" X 2" baking dish and microwave or possibly medium high for 8-10 min. If you like sprinkle with nuts and or possibly chips before cooking. Cover with wax paper and let stand to cold.
