Ingredients
- 1 quart Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Fresh chopped rosemary
- 1 tsp Fresh chopped oregano
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 pt Lemon juice
- 1 ounce Dry vermouth
- 5 ounce Fresh chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 c. Fresh chopped mint
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh chopped sage
Directions
- Mix all together well, keeps 2 days in the ice box.
- NOTES : Yields - 2 qts
