4 slc Potato
1 slc Eggplant, 3/4 inch thick
1 slc Tomato, fairly thick Thinly sliced onion Parsley Basil
1 Tbsp. French dressing, (bottled kind with tomato base)
1 Tbsp. Sherry
Directions
In large sheet of foil (or possibly parchment paper) per serving:
Drugstore fold to secure and bake for three hrs at 300 degrees.
