Ingredients

  • 4 slc Potato
  • 1 slc Eggplant, 3/4 inch thick
  • 1 slc Tomato, fairly thick Thinly sliced onion Parsley Basil
  • 1 Tbsp. French dressing, (bottled kind with tomato base)
  • 1 Tbsp. Sherry

Directions

  1. In large sheet of foil (or possibly parchment paper) per serving:
