%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELook%20at%20this%20sunshiny%20yellow,%20how%20could%20this%20Not%20make%20you%20happy?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E(Ok,%20granted,%20I%20hate%20yellow,%20but%20I%20LOVE%20lemon)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20went%20to%20the%20local%20wholesale%20store%20with%20my%20sweetie%20last%20weekend%20on%20a%20grocery/stock%20up%20run%20and%20they%20had%20lemons%20for%20$2%20a%20bag%20(8%20lemons%20in%20a%20bag,%20that's%20a%20bargain%20considering%20at%20the%20grocery%20store%20they're%20up%20around%20$.75%20each)%20%20I%20knew%20I%20wanted%20to%20make%20lemon%20bars,%20I%20haven't%20made%20them%20in%20ages!!%20Today%20when%20I%20left%20to%20do%20my%20regular%20Saturday%20chores%20I%20took%202%20sticks%20of%20butter%20out%20of%20the%20freezer%20and%20knew%20by%20the%20time%20I%20was%20back%20they'd%20be%20up%20to%20room%20temperature%20so%20I%20could%20get%20the%20lemon%20bars%20dome%20when%20I%20get%20home.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20recipe%20is%20super%20simple%20and%20So%20good!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECrust%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1.%20Preheat%20oven%20to%20350%C2%B0f%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.%20In%20a%20medium%20bowl,%20blend%20together%20softened%20butter,%202%20cups%20flour%20and%201/2%20cup%20sugar.%20Press%20into%20the%20bottom%20of%20an%20ungreased%209x13%20inch%20pan.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3.%20Bake%20for%2015%20to%2020%20minutes%20in%20the%20preheated%20oven,%20or%20until%20firm%20and%20golden.%20In%20another%20bowl,%20whisk%20together%20the%20remaining%201%201/2%20cups%20sugar%20and%201/4%20cup%20flour.%20Whisk%20in%20the%20eggs%20and%20lemon%20juice.%20Pour%20over%20the%20baked%20crust.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4.%20Bake%20for%20an%20additional%2020%20minutes%20in%20the%20preheated%20oven.%20The%20bars%20will%20firm%20up%20as%20they%20cool.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
