Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 3 pkg. lady fingers, split lengthwise
  • 1 (3 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 lg. can crushed, liquid removed pineapple
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Directions

  1. In bowl, mix sugar with both sizes of cream cheese, vanilla and pineapple. In another bowl, whip cream and fold into pineapple mix. Line bottom and sides of springform pan with lady fingers. Pour half of cream mix in pan, then place a layer of lady fingers on top. Pour remaining cream mix on top. Gently pour on cherry pie filling. Chill at least 2 hrs before serving.
