Ingredients
- 16 ounce Cream cheese
- 4 ounce Dry beef (finely minced)
- 1 sm Onion, chopped
- 8 ounce Cheese, Bleu
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/2 c. Pecans, minced
Directions
- Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Add in dry beef, onion, Worchersershire sauce, blu cheese, and garlic pwdr. Mix well by hand, and pat intoa ball. Roll in pecans and place in refridgerator chill.
