Lactose Free Chocolate Cake (Funny Cake) Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Flour 1 c. Sugar 1/4 c. Cocoa 1 tsp Baking soda 1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Vinegar 1 tsp Vanilla 1/3 c. Oil 1 c. Cool water

Directions

1. Mix well. Spread in greased and floured 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 350 degrees, about 30 min.
2. Double recipe for 13 x 9 pan or possibly Bundt pan.
