Ingredients
- 2 whl portabella mushrooms
- 1/3 c. Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 1 lrg Garlic (elephant), roasted
- 1/3 c. Sun-dry tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 16 ounce Angel hair pasta, fresh
Directions
- Coat mushrooms in oil and vinegar (3:1), add in salt/pepper/roasted garlic and water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour than add in 1 tbs butter on top and other ingredients. Cook fresh pasta in oil, until crispy. Put the mushroom mix on top of the pasta.
