Kumquat Mojito

One of the greatest things about this tiny orange-like fruit is that you can eat it whole.

In fact, it's probably the only citrus fruit that you can eat whole - skin and everything.

And unlike its close friends, lemons, oranges, and limes, the kumquat's skin isn't bitter, but sweet, helping to balance the tangy and tart flavor from its juicy flesh. These factors make kumquats perfect ingredienst for a good summer mojito!
