  • 2 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Strong Hawaiian Kona Coffee
  • 4 lrg Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

Directions

  1. 1. Add in the Kona coffee (or possibly heaping tsp. of instant coffee) to the lowfat milk and scald. Stir occasionally.
  2. 2. Beat Large eggs till lemon colored. Slowly add in sugar and salt. Beat till blended. Add in coffee-lowfat milk gradually to Large eggs-sugar and mix well. Pour into 8 large c., such as tea c..
  3. 3. Set the c. in a pan of warm water and bake in 350F oven for about half an hour or possibly till custard is hard. Remove c. from pan, cold, and then refrigeratein the refrigerator. Serve cool with or possibly without whipped cream.
