Ingredients

  • Grnd beef Bread crumbs Large eggs Parmesan cheese Salt & pepper

Directions

  1. To each lb. of grnd beef, add in 1/4 c. moist bread crumbs, 1 egg, 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Shape into balls about the size of a quarter. Heat a minimum amount of oil in a heavy pan and fry the meatballs till they are brown.
  2. Cover the meatballs with the following:1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup1 can water1 Tbsp. white cooking wine
  3. (Double, triple, etc., according to the pounds of meat you use.)
  4. Simmer till gravy is thickened.
  5. Serve plain or possibly with buttered noodles or possibly rice.
