Ingredients

  • 6 (2 lbs.) boneless pork
  • loin chops
  • 5 small potatoes, peeled,
  • cubed and parboiled
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • ½ tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 cups red kidney beans,
  • soaked overnight, drained and rinsed
  • 5 plum (Roma) tomatoes,
  • chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Spray a 4 quart crock pot
