Ingredients
- 1 lb Grnd beef (up to 1-1/2)
- 1 lrg Egg, slightly beaten
- 1 can Campbell's Vegetarian Vegetable Soup
- 1/4 tsp Dry thyme
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cumin
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. Ketchup
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except the ketchup together thoroughly. Place in regular size bread loaf pan, spread ketchup on top. Bake in 375 degree oven about one hour. Drain excess oil, and slice and serve from pan.
