Kickin' Peach Milkshake #IceCreamWeek Recipe
Today I decided to share with you one of my favorite fruit flavors – peach. I also decided to kick it up a notch with a little bit of peach schnapps for a Kickin’ Peach Milkshake!

Today’s shake is part of day two of this amazing giveaway. I’m sharing with you this week some of my most favorite ice cream treats and flavors. While blueberry is my favorite fruit, when it comes to shakes, peach and cherry are at the top of my list! I decided to make this shake an adult drink by adding some Peachtree Schnapps. Have you ever smelled that stuff? Peachy heaven! I used some local donut peaches to make this shake and was it ever delicious. Just four simple ingredients and you have yourself a summer cool down with amazing peach flavor.
You can make this kid friendly by not adding the booze, but I definitely suggest you add a little bit of peach extract or maybe almond extract to the mix if you leave out the booze. While peaches have great flavor, when you blend them in with the ice cream, you need to give it a little more “something something” if your know what I mean!

Kickin’ Peach Milkshake

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups sugar free vanilla ice cream
- 3 ounces peach schnapps
- 2 ripe peaches, skinned and sliced
- 1 cup almond milk
Instructions
Place ice cream, schnapps, peaches, and almond milk in blender. Blend until smooth. Serve with whipped cream topping and cherry (if desired)
Yield: 2 milkshakes
Prep Time: 00 hrs. 05 mins.
Total time: 5 mins.
