Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
Directions
- Place the chicken in a shallow dish; set aside. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well and pour over the chicken. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, turning occasionally. Preheat a barbecue grill. Cook the chicken over medium heat for about 10 min per side, or possibly till tender and no pink remains. Throw away excess marinade.
