Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 c. all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 c. (2 sticks) butter or possibly margarine
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 3 dsh (or possibly more to taste) of LorAnn Lime Flavoring Oil (I use a splash of Key-lime juice if I have it)
  • 12 ounce package Nestle's white morsels

Directions

  1. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated and brown sugars, and vanilla in large mixing bowl till creamy. Beat in Large eggs and the lime oil. Gradually beat in flour mix. Stir in white chocolate morsels.
  2. Drop by well-rounded tsp. onto greased cookie sheet or possibly stone. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-12 min. I take them out early and always smack the cookies flat when they come out of the oven.
  3. Allow cookies to cold completely and store in an airtight container.
  4. Makes approximately 3-4 dozen cookies.
