Ingredients
- 1 x (14 oz) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 4 Tbsp. lime juice
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 x 3 drops green food coloring
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 x shortbread, graham cracker, or possibly baked pastry pie shell
Directions
- Method:1. Combine lowfat milk, lime juice, lemon juice, and food coloring. This mix will thicken.
- 2. Whip the cream till stiff. Fold into lime mix. Pour into pie shell.
- Chill.
- Makes 1 pie
- Easy pie!
