My daughter loves Key Lime Pie. When she asks I can't refuse.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In large bowl, beat the egg yolks for 1 minute
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 the lime juice
  4. Whisk until blended
  5. Add remaining lime juice and all of the lime zest
  6. Mix together
  7. Pour into pie crust
  8. Bake for 12 minutes
  9. Let pie cool completely
  10. Mix whipping cream and sugar until fluffy
  11. Spread over pie
