Ingredients
- 2 pkt (4-serving size each) Or possibly
- 1 pkt (8-serving size) JELL-O
- Â Â Brand Lime Flavor Gelatin
- 2 c. Boiling water
- 2 tsp Grated lime peel
- 1/4 c. Lime juice
- 1 pt Vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 x Packaged Graham Cracker
- Â Â Crumb Crust
- Â Â Cold WHIP Non-Dairy Whipped
- Â Â Topping, thawed, optional
Directions
- Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add in lime peel and juice.
- Spoon in ice-cream, stirring till melted and smooth. Refrigeratetill mix will mound from spoon. Spoon gelatin mix into crust. Refrigeratetill hard, about 2 hrs. Garnish with whipped topping, if you like.
- Preparation Time: 15 min
- Chilling Time: 2 hrs
