Ingredients

  • 2 pkt (4-serving size each) Or possibly
  • 1 pkt (8-serving size) JELL-O
  •     Brand Lime Flavor Gelatin
  • 2 c. Boiling water
  • 2 tsp Grated lime peel
  • 1/4 c. Lime juice
  • 1 pt Vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 x Packaged Graham Cracker
  •     Crumb Crust
  •     Cold WHIP Non-Dairy Whipped
  •     Topping, thawed, optional

Directions

  1. Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add in lime peel and juice.
  2. Spoon in ice-cream, stirring till melted and smooth. Refrigeratetill mix will mound from spoon. Spoon gelatin mix into crust. Refrigeratetill hard, about 2 hrs. Garnish with whipped topping, if you like.
  3. Preparation Time: 15 min
  4. Chilling Time: 2 hrs
