Ingredients
- 1Â 3/4 c. Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 4 x Egg yolks
- 6 Tbsp. Key lime juice
- 1 x 9-inch prepared graham cracker pie shell
- 1Â 1/2 c. Heavy cream, whipped
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- 1 x Fresh lime, sliced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- Combine lowfat milk and egg yolks in a blender or possibly food processor on low speed.
- SLowly add in lime juice, mixing till well blended. Pour into pie shell and bake 20 min. Let cold and chill. Top with whipped cream and a slice of lime.
