Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan. Combine dry cake mix, dry pudding mix, Large eggs, oil water and 1/4 c. lime juice in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer 2 min, then pour into prepared pan.
  2. Bake 50 to 60 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold in pan 25 min.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare glaze: Combine 2 c. powdered sugar with 1/3 c. lime juice, the water and melted butter. Invert cake onto cooling rack and remove pan. Return cake to pan and poke holes in hot cake with a toothpick or possibly lone tined fork. Pour glaze slowly over top of hot cake. Cold completely. Invert cake onto serving plate and dust with remaining 1/4 c. powdered sugar.

    I tried this receipe over the holiday and it was great..It was very moist and tasty...I saved some of the lemon pudding mix and put it between the two layer cake, which really gave the cake and great taste. I use heavy whipping cream and coconut on top for icing.....My sister and friends really enjoyed this cake....I will differently make this one again.....
    I've cooked/tasted this recipe!
