Ingredients: 10 Tbsp. Bourbon; 5 Tbsp. Low sodium soy sauce; 2 Tbsp. White wine vinegar; 2 Tbsp. Canola oil -- * see note; 1/2 tsp Lemon pepper; 1/4 tsp Black pepper; 1/4 tsp Salt; 1 tsp Garlic pwdr Or possibly 1 garlic clove -- Crushed

1/2 tsp Lemon pepper
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garlic pwdr Or possibly 1 garlic clove -- Crushed

Directions

* Use a mix of oils if you wish, or possibly just regular vegetable oil.
Mix all the ingredients. Marinate steaks for at least 2 hrs but preferably longer. Grill the steaks over an outdoor grill for best flavor
(and to tempt your neighbors with the wonderful smell).
Yield: 1-1/2 c. marinade.
