Ingredients

  • 1 x Egg
  • 6 ounce Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 1/8 ounce Cocoa pwdr
  • 5 1/3 ounce Coconut Grease*
  • 1/4 c. Rum
  • 35 x Buttercookies, square Slivered Almonds to Decorate

Directions

  1. 1. Cream the egg, sugar and vanilla till foamy.
  2. 2. Heat the coconut grease and let it cold off a little.
  3. Add in the eggmix and stir well.
  4. 3. Take a bread form and line it all around, up to the top,with waxpaper.
  5. 4. Put in one layer of cookies, cut some for the ends.
  6. 5. Add in a 1/2 layer of cocoa creme, than cookies, than creme till all is gone, ending with creme.
  7. 6. Put into refridgerator over night and decorate before serving.
  8. 7. Serve thin slices ,this is very rich!!
