Ingredients
- 1 c. Mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 4 tsp Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Dill weed
- 1/2 tsp Salt, optional
- 4 med Cucumbers, peeled/sliced
- Â Â Thin
- 3 x Green onions, minced
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, dill and salt if you like; mix well. Add in cucumbers and onions; toss. Cover and refrigeratefor at least 1 hour.
- Yield: 8 servings. Diabetic Exchanges: One 2/3 c. serving
- (prepared with low fat mayonnaise and without added salt) equals 2
