- kale
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 2 tbspsesame oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- lemon juice
- salt
Directions
- cook quinoa
- remove kale from stem and chop
- toss quinoa into chopped kale
- chop garlic
- combine sesame oil, olive oil, and soy sauce
- add garlic
- add to kale & quinoa mixture
- add lemon juice to taste
- add salt to taste
