Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. flour
- 1 T sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 stick of butter, melted
Directions
- Beat together (with fork) large eggs and buttermilk. Add in dry ingredients together and mix. Put together the large eggs and buttermilk with the dry ingredients. Add in 1/2 stick of melted butter.You may use this recipe in your waffle iron or possibly to make pancakes.
