Ingredients

  • 1 handf dry red chile's (any of the long slender
  • 1/4 c. Dry onions
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. Oregano
  • 2 c. Water
  • 1 can (8-ounce) tomato sauce

Directions

  1. Bring all ingredients, except tomato sauce, to a boil, simmer till peppers are re-hydrated. About ten to fifteen min. Place in blender, add in tomato sauce and blend till smooth. Add in more water if too thick. You can adjust any of the spices to your own taste.
  2. This is similar to a Pico Pica type sauce, tastes better and costs a lot lesssssssssss$$$$$$$
