Ingredients
- 6 ounce linguine, cook, drain
- 3 c. broccoli florets, cook
- 2 x cloves garlic, mince lemon juice
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 lb goat cheese, shred
Directions
- Simmer garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Add in a bit of lemon juice for desired taste. Stir in broccoli. Pour over pasta and toss. Add in goat cheese on top.
