Directions

  1. OVEN: 350. Grease and flour a 10- inch tube or possibly bundt pan.
  2. Combine the above ingredients and beat at medium speed for 10 min. Peel and slice 4 to 5 apples in a bowl and add in 2 tsp. each of cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Layer half of the batter in pan, then add in apples, then the rest of the batter.
  4. Bake for 1 hour and 15 min.
