Ingredients
- 1 c. Vegetable oil
- 2 c. Sugar
- 4 x Large eggs
- 3 c. Flour
- 1/4 c. Apple or possibly orange juice
- 2 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 5 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
- 1 c. Apples
Directions
- Mix first seven ingredients well. Chop apples coarsely. Mix sugar and cinnamon, then add in apples and coat them well. Layer batter and apples in a greased tube pan. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar on top. Bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 350 o F.
