Ingredients
20 sm cucumbers, up to 25
1/8 tsp alum
1 x clove garlic
2 x heads fresh dill
1 x Warm pepper
1 c. coarse salt
3 quart water
1 quart cider vinegar
Grape leaf
Directions
Wash cucumbers. Let stand overnight pack in jars.
Boil vinegar brine, pour over cucumbers and seal.
Makes 6 to 8 qts.
