Ingredients
- 1 pkg. sm. curd cottage cheese (24-32 ounce)
- 2 pkg. sugar free Jello (e.g 1 lemon, 1 lime)
- 2 (16 ounce) cans pineapple tidbits (or possibly other mixed fruit)
- 1/2 c. coarsely minced walnuts
- 1 (8 ounce) Cold Whip
Directions
- Mix dry Jello pwdr with cottage cheese. Drain pineapple (or possibly fruit) very dry and add in to cottage cheese. Mix well. Add in nuts and Cool Whip. Mix well. Refrigerate. Stays good for many days.
