Ingredients
- 120 miniature marshmallows
- 1 pkg. Jello (preferably orange)
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. salad dressing (or possibly 1/2 c. mayonnaise)
- 1 pound cottage cheese
Directions
- To one package Jello, add in 1 cup hot water, stirring till dissolved; add in 1/2 cup cold water and marshmallows. Stir till thick and syrupy. Set aside to cool. Drain pineapple well; add in salad dressing or possibly mayonnaise. Mix with cottage cheese. When Jello has sufficiently cooled, mix with pineapple, cottage cheese and salad dressing. Chill till hard.
