Ingredients

  • 1 whl chicken quartered
  • 1/2 c. tomato paste
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 5 x fresh garlic cloves (or possibly 3 tbspns garlic pwdr)

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cold and marinate the pcs of cut chicken for 1 hour or possibly more.
  2. Spread in bottom of a medium-sized pan and cook in a pre-heated oven for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
  3. This recipe yields 3 to 5 servings.
  4. Beautifully restored turn-of-the-century inn located on the southern tip of Maryland's Eastern Shore!
