Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup blueberries (can use any fruit you like)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- nuts (optional) (I use walnuts because they are supposed to be good for cholesterol, too.)
