Ingredients
- 1 can Fruit cocktail, lge
- 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 3/4 c. Cookie crumbs
- 1/2 c. Slivered almonds
Directions
- Drain fruit cocktail. Combine lowfat sour cream and brown sugar. In parfait glasses, layer 1 Tbsp. sweetened lowfat sour cream, 2/3 Tbsp. cookie crumbs, a sprinkle of almonds and 2 tbls fruit cocktail. Repeat twice. Top with spoonful lowfat sour cream and garnish of almonds.
