Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 lb Chicken, boneless, minced
- 2 med Onions, minced
- 1 c. Chicken broth
- 8 ounce Green chilies
- 2 cl Garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Oregano, dry
- 1/4 tsp Cloves, grnd
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne (or possibly more)
- 48 ounce Jar of Great Northern Beans
- 3 c. Monterey Jack, shredded
Directions
- Saute/fry chicken, onions and garlic in butter till chicken is done.
- Fold in seasonings and chilies and saute/fry for a few more min. Add in this mix with chicken broth and beans to crock pot. Cook on low for 4-8 hrs. Add in cheese just before serving.
