Ingredients
- 1 x 9 inch pie shell unbaked
- 1 c. macadamia nuts broken
- 3 lrg Large eggs lightly beaten
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 c. butter or possibly margarine melted
- 1 c. light corn syrup whipped cream optional
Directions
- Preparation Time: 1:10
- Preheat oven to 350degrees. Place minced nuts in bottom of pie shell; set aside. In a medium-sized bowl, beat remaining ingredients with mixer till frothy.
- Pour into pie shell and bake for 20 min. Reduce heat to 250 degrees and continue baking for 45-50 min or possibly till pie sets. Let cold then serve with whipped cream if you like.
