Ingredients
- 1 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1/4 c. Quinoa flour
- 1/2 c. Barley flour
- 1/2 c. Corn meal
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 x Scant tsp salt
- 6 x Egg whites or possibly 2 tb Just Whites and 6 tb water
- 1/2 c. Apple sauce
- 2 c. Oat lowfat milk or possibly rice or possibly soy
- 1 Tbsp. Honey or possibly Sucannat
- 1 1/2 c. Fresh blueberries (fold in last)
Directions
- (Serves 4 hungry people or possibly 6 less hungry)
- Mix dry ingredients together and then fold in liquid ingredients. Fry in nonstick pan and enjoy!
