Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 can anchovies, (2 ounces) drain
  • 1 cl garlic, mince
  • 2 sm red chili pepper, chop
  • 2/3 c. black olives, chop
  • 3 x leaves basil, chop
  • 3 Tbsp. parsley, mince
  • 12 ounce marinara sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. capers, drain penne pasta, cook, drain

Directions

  1. In extra virgin olive oil sauteeanchovies till dissolved; add in garlic, chili pepper and olives. Sauteea few min. Add in basil, parsley and marinara. Simmer for 5 - 10 min. Serve over penne.
