Ingredients

  • 1 lb Grnd Beef
  • 10 ounce Canned beef broth
  • 4 1/2 ounce Canned mushrooms, with juice
  • 1 med Onion, Minced
  • 1/2 med Bell Pepper, Minced
  • 1/3 c. Raw Rice
  • 1 stk Margarine
  • 1/4 c. Water Salt, To Taste Pepper, To Taste
  • 1 pkt (sm) Slivered Almonds, Optional
  • 1 can Water Chestnuts, Optional

Directions

  1. Cook in rice cooker. When done stir in parsley and green onion tops.
  2. NOTE:May use shrimp, crab, crawfish, sausage or possibly chicken in place of grnd meat.
  3. If these have been cooked please adjust salt accordingly.
  4. NOTE: I putmargarine and seasonings in first then meat and saute/fry these a little before adding other ingredients.
